Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at Four Sisters Treasures.  We will do our best to ensure that you are happy with our service.

Refundable items

• All full priced items, non-promotional items may be returned.
• We will gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days of purchase.
• We will gladly exchange or refund factory defective items.

Non-Refundable items

• DTF transfer may not be returned unless arrived damage.
• Holiday items may not be returned. 
• Clearance items (final sale)
• Defective items due to mishandling or care cannot be returned.

Refund fees

• We change a flat rate of $5.00 per return, for label and shipping fee.
• Fee will be deducted from refund amount.
• Refund will be issued through original method of payment.
